expand into adjoining halls.
How to get there
The NEC showground has the finest all-round access of
any exhibition centre in Europe bar none. For UK visitors
coming by road, the site is located next to the M6 and
M42 and is also convenient for the M6 Toll.
For overseas and long-distance UK attendees, Birmingham
International Airport is used by 50 scheduled and charter
airlines for domestic and international flights to 100
destinations. The airport is connected to the NEC by
an Air Rail link (a 90 second journey).
Birmingham International rail station is linked to the
NEC by covered bridge-link. Direct services to London
Euston take 1 hour 20 mins. The station is 10 minutes
to Birmingham New Street with nationwide connections.
The Venue
The NEC is the UK’s largest exhibition centre
with halls totaling 200,000m2 and Europe’s busiest
with over 12 million visitors annually. On-site facilities
include 44 conference rooms and a range of restaurants,
cafes, bars and, of course, banks and other business
user facilities.
