PRE-SHOW TRADE PROMOTION
Vibrant pre-show trade promotion has been key to Expo’s on-going success and for a string of record-breaking attendance figures over the last decade.
The promotions campaign for next year’s show will again be centred on British Dealer News, Expo's main sponsor and the most widely read trade publication in the business with an ABC certified average monthly distribution of 9350 copies. Full page advertisements plus application forms for free trade tickets will be featured in every issue from September to ensure that the message gets home.
To encourage more overseas attendance, the Expo promotions schedule will also include advertising in a range of European trade titles.
Trade press advertising will be supported by an extensive programme of direct mail shots and an email campaign inviting dealers to the show.
FREE TRADE TICKETS
To encourage the widest possible trade audience, admission to Expo is free. On top of that, all trade visitors receive a hospitality voucher entitling them to discounted refreshments at the show!
Ticket application forms will be distributed through British Dealer News from October onwards. In addition, bulk quantities of forms will be supplied to exhibitors for distribution to their own customers. Tickets will also be available through Expo’s website.
All trade tickets will be mailed with the British Dealer News Expo Show Guide two weeks prior to the show opening to approximately 15,000 trade personnel.

www.motorcycle-expo.com incorporates a trade certified visitor ticket application page together with information about hotels and flights into Birmingham International Airport and railway station.
Expo will also be regularly featured and heavily promoted on the new trade locked British Dealer News website – dealernewsonline.co.uk
