EXPO Exhibitors Club
New for January’s show is the private Expo Exhibitors
Club bar and lounge. It will give a discount of 10% against
the Hilton Metropole’s usual bar price and provide
exhibitors and staff with the opportunity to relax and
buy each other drinks! To get things going, there will
be a happy hour on the first night – Sunday.
Hotel Shuttle Service
Also new is an Expo exhibitor’s shuttle. This has
been introduced because the hotel makes a daily charge
of £8 for parking in its often over-crowded car
park. The shuttle will run on show-open days (mornings
and evenings) between the hotel and the exhibition halls.
Exhibitor’s cars and light vans can be left under-cover
in the exhibitors car park (Hall 16) for the duration
of the show f.o.c.
Free Parking
All parking for visitors and exhibitors is free and within
very easy walking distance of the show.
Other Hotels
A selection of hotels in several price ranges is also
available to exhibitors and visitors. All rates have been
specially negotiated and offer a discount against the
usual prices. Detailed information will be forwarded with
your contract for Space.
